During morning socialization activities, the client followed directions given while cleaning up her area after eating breakfast. During midday socialization activities, socialization activities, the client controlled impulsive behavior by staying in her assigned area while playing outside at the park. During afternoon socialization activities, the client interacted with her peers in a positive manner while eating lunch. The client appeared to positively engage with peers throughout the day, utilizing QMHP-C greeted the client upon arrival to the summer program setting. QMHP-C inquired about the client’s morning. During morning socialization activities, QMHP-C provided the client with verbal praise. QMHP-C encouraged the client to continue following directions given. During midday socialization activities, socialization activities, QMHP-C provided the client with positive reinforcement. QMHP-C encouraged the client to continue controlling impulsive behavior by staying in her assigned area. During afternoon socialization activities, QMHP-C provided the client with verbal praise. QMHP-C encouraged the client to continue interacting with her peers in a positive manner. The client responded well towards the session as evidenced by positive feedback.
